ಅಮೆರಿಕಾದ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬರಾಕ್ ಒಬಾಮ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಆಫ್ ಅರ್ಥ್ ( Union of Earth ) ಅಥವಾ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಆಫ್ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ( Union of world ) ಎಂಬ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖರಾಗಿ …..
ಈಗ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ವಿಶ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪ್ರಬಲ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಹಾ ಯುದ್ಧದ ನಂತರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಸಂಘ ( League of nation ) ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತು. ಆದರೂ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಮಹಾಯುದ್ಧ ತಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಭೀಕರ ಯುದ್ಧ ನಡೆದೇ ಹೋಯಿತು. ಆ ನಂತರ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ( United Nations Organisation ) ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತು. ಹಾಗೂ ಹೀಗೂ ಸುಮಾರು 80 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಈಗ ಬಹುತೇಕ ನಿರ್ಜೀವವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವ ಮೂರನೇ ಮಹಾ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಹೊಸ್ತಿಲಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 25 ದೇಶಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರ
ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಉಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇಶಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ, ಜನರ ಜೀವನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಪರೋಕ್ಷ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರಿ ಆತಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ದೂಡಿದೆ. ಭೂಮಿಯ ಒಟ್ಟು ವಾತಾವರಣ ತೀರಾ ಕಲುಷಿತವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಇದೀಗ ತೀರಾ ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಯೋಚಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಕಾರ್ಮೋಡ ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇಶಗಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಶಾಂತಿಪ್ರಿಯರ ಬಲವಾದ ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು
ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದರು ಈಗಲೂ ಜೀವಂತವಿರುವ ನೊಬೆಲ್ ಶಾಂತಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನೊಬೆಲ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ದೊರೆತಿರುವುದೇ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಶಾಂತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗಾಗಿ. ಅವರೇ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌನವಾದರೆ ಈ ಭೂಮಂಡಲವನ್ನು ಈ ಹುಚ್ಚರಿಂದ ಕಾಪಾಡುವವರು ಯಾರು ? ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಈಗ ಬದುಕಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೊಬೆಲ್ ಶಾಂತಿ ವಿಜೇತರು ಒಂದು ಖಾಸಗಿ ವಿಮಾನವನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಪಡೆದು ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿರುವ ದೇಶಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಮಾತುಕತೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಆ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಾದರು ಸಾಗಲಿ. ಅದರ ಯಶಸ್ಸು, ಅಪಯಶಸ್ಸು ನಂತರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವಾಗಲಿ. ಆದರೆ ಶಾಂತಿಯ, ಕದನ ವಿರಾಮದ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗಳಂತೂ ಆಗಲೇ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಬೌದ್ಧ ಗುರು ದಲೈಲಾಮ , ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಗುರು ಪೋಪ್, ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿನ ಪರಮೋಚ್ಚ ಧರ್ಮಗುರು, ಭಾರತ ಮತ್ತು ಏಷ್ಯಾದ ಪ್ರಬಲ ನಾಯಕರು, ಆಫ್ರಿಕಾ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸ್ಟ್ರೇಲಿಯಾದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಮುಂತಾದವರು ಸಹ ತಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲಾ ಇತರ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಯುದ್ಧವನ್ನು ಕದನ ವಿರಾಮದವರೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನಾದರೂ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೇರಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ಈ ಕ್ರೂರಿ, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ, ಹುಚ್ಚರ ಸಂತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ ಅಷ್ಟು ಸುಲಭವಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ವಿಶ್ವಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯೊಂದು ಬೇಕೇ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದು ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾದರಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಇಡೀ ವಿಶ್ವವೇ ಒಪ್ಪುವ ಒಂದು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹೌದು, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಸಹ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಆ ಅನುಭವದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಮತ್ತು ತಟಸ್ಥ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಟೋ ಕೂಟ, ವಾರ್ಸಾ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ, ಜಿ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟಗಳು, ವಿವಿಧ ಖಂಡಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ರಚಿಸಿ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳು ಹೀಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಮೌನವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಯುದ್ಧದಾಹಿ ನಾಯಕರುಗಳ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು, ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ ಕುಳಿತರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕಿನ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ಗಳೇ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
80 ವರ್ಷಗಳಷ್ಟು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ವಿದಾಯ ಹೇಳುವ ಸಮಯ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅದೀಗ ಬಹುತೇಕ ನಿಸ್ತೇಜಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು ಆಗಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳಾಗದೆ ಕೆಲವೇ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ದೇಶಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದವು. ವೀಟೋ ಎಂಬ ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದವು. ಇದೀಗ ಕಾಲ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ವಾತಾವರಣವು ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಬೇಕೇ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಅನುಭವಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಶಕ್ತಿ, ಹೊಸ ರೂಪ, ಹೊಸತನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವದ ಜನ ಈಗ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದನ್ನು ಮರೆತು ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಡೀಸೆಲ್ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಹಣ್ಣು, ತರಕಾರಿ, ಆಹಾರ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಕುಳಿತು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಆಸಕ್ತರಾದರೆ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವವೇ ಉಳಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯೂ ಉಳಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಜನ ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಗ ಯೋಚಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನೋಬೆಲ್ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಸಮಿತಿ, ನೊಬೆಲ್ ಶಾಂತಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಮಹನೀಯರು, ವಿಶ್ವದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇಶಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಮುಂತಾದವರಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳು, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇ-ಮೇಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆಂದೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಮನೋಭಾವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖರಾದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಮಹಾ ಯುದ್ಧವನ್ನು, ಅಣುಬಾಂಬುಗಳ ಹೊಡೆತವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ವಿನಾಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅಣಿಯಾಗಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ…….

The world today stands at the edge of a dangerous crisis. Many nations are directly engaged in war, while the rest of the world is suffering its indirect consequences —economic instability, environmental destruction, and growing fear among people. The Earth’s environment is rapidly deteriorating…
After the First World War, the League of Nations was formed, yet it failed to prevent the Second World War. Later, the United Nations came into existence and has functioned for nearly 80 years. However, today it appears largely ineffective and the world seems to be moving toward a potential Third World War…
At this critical moment, the world urgently needs a new, strong, and dynamic leadership institution. Under the leadership of former U.S. President Barack Obama, a global organization such as “Union of Earth” or “Union of World” must be established and made operational immediately.
Before building such a structure, there must first be a united, powerful coalition of global peace advocates to immediately counter the rising clouds of war….
It is deeply concerning—where are the living Nobel Peace Prize winners today ? They have been honored for their commitment to peace. If they remain silent at this crucial time, who will protect the world from destruction? At the very least, they must come together, travel if necessary and directly meet leaders of nations involved in conflicts to initiate dialogue. Whether success or failure comes later, peace talks and ceasefire efforts must begin now…
Likewise, global spiritual leaders such as the Dalai Lama, the Pope, and prominent Islamic leaders, India, Africa, Australian leaders must pause their regular activities and actively work toward achieving a ceasefire. Strong moral pressure must be created to encourage their involvement.

peace is not easy to achieve. It may not be possible to satisfy everyone. Yet, the world undeniably needs a powerful global organization—one that can even serve as an alternative to the United Nations. Just as nations have their own Supreme Courts, the world must establish a strong and independent global judicial system. Although international courts already exist, their limitations are evident. Based on those experiences, a more effective, neutral and powerful global court must be created…
In addition, alliances such as NATO and other regional or continental groups must come together to form a “Union of Alliances” to ensure coordination and collective global action.
If we continue to remain silent, merely watching the statements and actions of war-driven leaders, soon there may be no future left for humanity. The time to act is now…
After nearly 80 years of existence, it may be time to respectfully acknowledge the contributions of the United Nations and consider moving beyond it. The world has changed, circumstances have evolved and global realities are different. However, the existing system remains dominated by a few powerful nations with veto authority.
Now, the world needs a new institution—stronger, fairer, and more responsive—built on past lessons but designed for the future…
People across the globe must raise their voices. If we remain focused only on rising fuel prices, food costs and daily struggles without addressing this larger crisis, we may ultimately lose not only our livelihoods but our very existence—and even the Earth itself…
Therefore, this message must be shared widely—with the United Nations, the Nobel Committee, Nobel Peace laureates, world leaders and through social media, media platforms and email…
If not now, then never.
If people across the world act with urgency and unity, another world war and nuclear catastrophe can still be prevented. Otherwise, destruction will become inevitable…
